Information We Collect

We collect the personal information you give us directly: your name, mobile and landline telephone numbers, email address, business name, and the details of the work you are asking us to do. When you use our website we also collect technical information sent by your browser, including IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you viewed.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, deliver the work you engage us for, send proposals and invoices, keep records of the work we have done for you, and communicate with you about your account by phone, email, and text message.

Text Messaging and Your Phone Number

We collect your mobile telephone number for the purpose of sending you text messages about your enquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, updates on work in progress, and your account.

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Logic Inbound at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. Message frequency varies; you may receive up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or of any other communications by emailing support@gologicinbound.com. Reply HELP for help. Full details are in our SMS Policy.

We do not share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who perform work on our behalf — messaging and telephony providers, scheduling and customer-management software, payment processors, and, where a job requires it, subcontractors performing the work — and only to the extent needed to do that work. We also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property, or safety. We do not sell your personal information.

How Long We Keep It

We retain customer records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for as long as needed to meet our legal, tax, warranty, and accounting obligations — generally seven years. Records that no longer serve those purposes are deleted or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@gologicinbound.com and we will delete it.

Your Choices

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to the address below. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any such email, and out of text messages by replying STOP.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
