By using this website, requesting an estimate, or engaging us to perform work, you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the site or our services.

Our Services

We provide the services described on this website and in any written proposal we give you. Work outside the scope of a written proposal is agreed with you before it is carried out.

SMS and Text Messaging Terms

This section governs text messages sent by Logic Inbound.

Consent. By providing your mobile telephone number to us — on a form on this website, to our staff, or in writing — you agree to receive text messages from Logic Inbound at that number relating to your service requests, appointments, estimates, invoices, and follow-up. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with the activity on your account. You may receive up to 6 messages per month.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for the details of your plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@gologicinbound.com or (206) 800-7756.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payment

Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. We may suspend work on an account with an overdue balance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltshark LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. The revised terms take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the site or our services after that constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of WA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in WA.
